Park drawing

This workshop took place in Dulwich Park, as part of the RCA Drawing programme. I developed the workshop in relation to the drawing and painting I was making in the park at the time, which took form through consideration of individual landscape subjects, such as the rhododendron species in the American Garden section of the park.

I invited artist Vicky Yijia Tang to collaborate in teaching this session. Her mark making is energetic, conversational and experimental, which I felt related to my method of working and addressed the qualities I wanted the group to explore whilst making their landscape drawings in the park.
